International Exhibition on Wood-based Energy
ENERLEGNO is the new International Exhibition focusing on wood-based energy, to be held in Milan from 25 to 28 November 2009. Wood can store energy from the sun through chlorophyllian photosynthesis, energy that when released by combustion, emits 20 times less CO2 into the atmosphere when compared to the same amount of energy produced from diesel or natural gas.
On display at ENERLEGNO 2009 will be fireplaces, heating stoves, cookers, boilers, burners, storage silos, accessories and linings, as well as machinery and equipment for forestry and the transformation of wood into fuel. ENERLEGNO 2009 will be completed by conferences, workshops and seminars involving companies, organisations and associations operating in the sector, on topics ranging from feasibility studies to emissions control.
